dc.description.abstract In an ever-changing industrial environment, achieving a balance between operational efficiency and safety is crucial. This thesis explores the implementation of a comprehensive Energy Isolation program at Holcim’s facilities in Algeria. The primary goal is to enhance workplace safety and mitigate risks associated with energy usage. By conducting thorough assessments, standardizing procedures, providing continuous training and education, and integrating advanced technologies, the program aims to significantly reduce accidents and ensure compliance with safety standards. The research findings demonstrate substantial improvements in safety performance and operational efficiency, underscoring the effectiveness of the implemented measures. fr_FR
